Al Hallak
As a filmmaker and creative producer working across film and digital media, with more than 10 years of experience between Los Angeles and New York, I became aware of the challenges projects face in balancing creative vision, development strategy, and industry presentation.
Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple production roles, from directing and producing to post-production, which has helped me develop a deep understanding of the production process. I have also mentored talent through programs at NYU, The New School, and the New York Film Academy, and served as a consultant and trainer for organizations including CNN, Discovery, and National Geographic.
Over time, I became particularly interested in packaging and development, including scripts, teasers, and short-form narrative presentations, and how these elements can help move projects and industry opportunities forward.
This perspective continues to guide my work in developing and collaborating on narrative projects that combine storytelling, craft, and emerging media.
